In the first semester of the ib for action part of CAS I was jogging and swimming. I still do continue to swim but I decided to put more effort and instead of jogging to run. The weather in Moscow was very cold but instill did manage to run at leas once a week. There is a very nice bigbparknnext to my house, which is called Park Pobedi. While i was running I also learned that this park was built in the sake of those people who took part in the second wold war. The park is very beautiful and historically rich.
At the start of the second semester my goal was to run all over the park. However it was hard to do because the area of the park is very big. That is why I decided that I will first run over the shot distances and then when I will be trained enough and ready I will run over the whole park Pobedi. my plan worked out very well and I did achieve my goal. I also encouraged my family to Coe and run with me, and they also run with but sometimes.
I planned and initiated this activity and also shown perseverance and commitment as I didn't miss a week of running. I think I also increased my strength and areas for growth.
I really enjoyed running in the park Pobedi because it both affected positively on my health and I also saw a very important historical monuments. :)
